A complete all round performance from India and they’ll be satisfied with how they have played in this game. Once again Smriti Mandhana was rested for this match and India started with two young guns in Pratika Rawal and Uma Chetry, who showed aggression regularly and scored fifty inside the Powerplay. However, the match winning partnership came with two experienced campaigners, Harmanpreet Kaur and Harleen Deol in the middle. Their partnership sealed the deal with both of them scoring a fifty.

However, Maddy Green’s 49 off 42 helped them end with a competitive total. India in the first innings were happy with how they bowled. Arundhati Reddy bowled proving lines and lengths while Shree Charani used the conditions to much avail as she got a lot of turn and in return, three wickets.
A fantastic chase by India and they end the ICC World Cup Warm-up series with a win. After the disappointing performance against England Women, India needed a strong reply and with both bat and ball, they have stepped up today.
